Ayyappa CNC Pvt. Ltd., A Family Concern was started in the year 2004 to cater to the Aircraft and Aerospace Industries to manufacture and supply CNC machined components as per their requirements.

In the span of six years we have produced over 500 components for various prestigious projects.

We are an AS 9100B Certified Organisation and our quality objectives are set to achieve Continual Improvement. We believe we have reached here because of rigid quality constraints and sincere and dedicated efforts.

HAL (Nasik Division) Components for SU - 30 HAL (Helicopter Division) HAL (Aircraft Division) HAL (LCA Division)	We are having a full fledged CNC Machine shop and also a whole load of Conventional Machines and are capable of manufacturing various types components.	Our shop floor is of 4,500 sq.ft with Four CNC Vertical Machining centres and one CNC Lathe. We also have a Tool Room Facility with a range of Conventional Machines where we are manufacturing our own cutting tools required for component manufacturing (Ayyappa Industrial Tools).
